Educational Qualification
A graduate degree with at least a two-year full-time Post Graduate Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Post Graduate Program in Management with a specialization in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Personnel Management Alternatively, a Master’s in Social Work (MSW), Masters in Human Resource and Organizational Development (MHROD), or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an HR specialization from a recognized Indian University or Institute.
