Salary & Benefits
- Total CTC: ₹7.56 lakhs p.a.
- Fixed: ₹4.20 lakhs (includes NPS contribution)
- Variable Pay: ₹2.88 lakhs (performance-linked)
- Health Insurance: ₹0.48 lakhs (coverage ₹5.25 lakhs, bank-paid)
