Vacancy Details & Educational Qualifications
The 3,993 vacancies are available across various technical departments, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Signal & Telecommunication. Candidates must meet the prescribed educational qualifications for the respective posts.
Junior Engineer (JE): Candidates should possess a three-year Diploma or a Degree in the relevant engineering discipline, such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other specified fields, from a recognized university or institution. A B.Sc. in Engineering in the relevant discipline may also be accepted, as per the official notification.
Depot Material Superintendent (DMS): Candidates should have a three-year Diploma in Engineering in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.

Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of multiple stringent stages designed to select the most competent candidates:
1st Stage CBT (Common for all notified posts of this CEN):
Duration: 90 minutes (120 Minutes for candidates who are eligible for use of a Scribe)
No. of Questions: 100
2 2nd Stage CBT:
Short listing of Candidates for the 2nd Stage CBT exam shall be based on the normalized marks obtained by them
in the 1st Stage CBT Exam.
Duration: 120 minutes (160 Minutes for candidates who are eligible for use of a Scribe)
No of Questions: 150
