Educational Qualification
| ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER — Post 2 |
| Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university i.e. B.Com. / M.Com. / B.Sc /M.Sc and CAIIB or any banking professional qualification, with basic computer knowledge and good communication skills. Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience in Urban Co-op. Bank, of which at least 5 years’ experience in Head Office / administrative office as a middle / senior level officer, with thorough experience / knowledge of various departments at Head Office (Advances, Internal Audit, Accounts, Recovery, KYC / AML and General Administration),and sufficient branch experience with knowledge of CBS. Candidate should have sufficient knowledge of the latest laws applicable to banking as well as the latest RBI directives / guidelines to co-operative banks with regard to operations, credit and recovery administration, and audit / inspections of co-operative banks.Age: Between 35 years and 52 years as on 01.09.2026. | Educational Qualification: Candidate should hold a degree of MCM / MCA / BE / B.Tech from a recognized university / institution, with good communication skills, banking exposure and satisfactory experience in one or more of the following job profiles: ● Cloud computing and Active Directory services ● Firewall configuration, networking and information security ● Regulatory compliance ● Digital payment channels and digital workflow (ATM, POS, IMPS/UPI) and reconciliation Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Officer in a bank in the above-mentioned job profile. |
| HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT HEAD — Post 1 |
| Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Preferably Post-Graduate in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / MBA (HR); a qualification in Labour Laws, Industrial Relations or Banking will be an additional advantage. Experience: Preferably 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR / personnel administration, preferably in a bank,including recruitment, manpower planning, promotions, transfers, disciplinary proceedings, performance appraisal,training and employee welfare. Experience in handling labour laws, service rules and industrial relations is desirable.Key Knowledge Areas: Service rules and HR policies; labour and employment laws; staff recruitment and promotion; performance management and training; staff disciplinary procedures; HR technology / payroll systems;and the ability to frame and implement HR policies with good leadership and communication skills. | CHIEF INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER (CISO) — Post 1 |
| Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Computer Science / IT), or MCA / equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or Information Security. A postgraduate qualification in IT / Cyber Security is preferable.Professional Certifications (preferably one or more): CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC. Experience: Preferably a minimum of 5 years of overall experience in IT / Information Security, with substantial experience in cyber-security, IT risk management, information-security governance, cyber incident management, IT audit / VAPT, network and application security, and security monitoring / SOC. Experience in banking is preferred.CISO-specific Experience: Preferably 3-5 years in a senior IT / information-security role such as CISO, Head – IT Security, Information Security Manager, IT Risk Head, or equivalent. Age: Between 28 years and 45 years as on 01.09.2026. Remuneration: As per the bank’s rules and regulations. |
