| During Training period | The Selected Candidates shall be engaged as Trainees and will undergo1(one) year training as per Company policy and shall be paid consolidated stipend of Rs.34,200/- per month during the training period. They will also be paid HRA at the rates applicable at their place of posting if company bachelor accommodation is not provided, on the minimum pay of the Scale of Pay of W-3 grade (Rs 22,000/-). |
| Upon absorption in regular post | On successful completion of one year training the Trainees may be absorbed in W-3 Grade as ‘Tradesman’ in the respective trade, in the Pay Scale of Rs.22,000-88,000/-. In addition to Basic Pay, candidates on appointment to regular post will be eligible for Industrial Dearness Allowance, HRA based on place of posting if Company accommodation not provided, other allowances as applicable |
