BEL Retention Bonus for Project Engineer/ Officer
Retention Bonus will be paid to Project Engineer/ Officer who has advanced from Trainee Engineer/ Officer role and complete
overall tenure of 4 Years as Project Engineer, will be entitled for Retention Bonus of Rs.25,000/- for every completed year. However, the retention bonus will be payable at the end of 04 Years i.e., Rs.1, 00,000/-.
Age Limit
The upper age limit mentioned above is for General and EWS candidates. The age limit will be relaxable for SC & ST candidates by 05 years and for OBC-NCL candidates by 03 years. Candidates belonging to PwBD Category, having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years’ age relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
