Selection Process
The multi-stage selection process for IOCL Executives includes:
Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective-type questions split into General Aptitude (Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability) and Post-Specific Domain Knowledge.
Group Discussion (GD) / Group Task (GT)
Personal Interview (PI)
Document Verification & Pre-Employment
The Computer Based Test (CBT) shall consist of 100 objective Multiple-Choice type questions
