Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC), Bengaluru was formed as a new Centre in ISRO to realize the vision of Indian human space flight programme. As the lead Centre for the Human space activities, HSFC is undertaking multi-disciplinary R&D activities in new domains of human science and technology,while conforming to high standards of reliability and human safety. HSFC is focusing on new areas of technology development, significant amongst them includes nurturing and creating new expertise in the domains of Bioastronautics, Human Space Sciences and Space Habitat System
