Eligibility Criteria
1. Chief Executive Officer / Dy. CEO
Qualification: Graduate (preferably with CAIIB/DBF/Diploma in Co-operative Business Management) OR Chartered/Cost Accountant OR MBA (Finance) OR Post Graduation in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of work experience in middle/senior level in the banking sector. Experience in digital banking, cyber security, and core banking solutions is highly preferred.
2. General Manager
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA / CS / MBA Finance or Diploma in Banking.
Experience: At least 15 years of work experience in the banking sector (Credit / Audit / Administration etc.).
3. Manager
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA / CS / MBA Finance or Diploma in Banking.
Experience: At least 08 years of work experience in Credit / Account / Audit etc., in the banking sector.
