Selection Procedure
i). Selection will be made on the basis of last drawn Gross Salary, relevant work experience in Civil Construction/Projects supervision (minimum 02 years), percentage marks obtained in B.Tech Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering and interview. Weightage will also be given for M.Tech qualification.Weightage for candidates directly worked in Indian Railways/Central PSU/State PSU/Govt Dept for a minimum cumulative period of 01(one) year.
ii). RLDA reserves the right to assess candidates as per organizational and project requirements.
